Junking Adventures: Meet “Flo” October 27, 2011
The hubs and I have been hitting up some local estate sales every weekend to see what goods we can snag up. My favorite part about this? Getting to see some of the beautiful homes we have here on the CT shoreline. This past weekend, we walked into the house of my elderly equivalent. Like, she is me, just older. Let’s call her Flo…because I’ve always wanted to meet an old lady named Flo. And Flo is living in what I would like to believe is my future house.
I searched for the house on Zillow so I can show all of you (is that legal?). Oops. 🙂
(You can click each photo to enlarge…so you can indulge in the gorgeousness that is this home)
Guest room…please look at the toile 🙂
Unfortunately, these were the only pictures they had online! The living room had these big beautiful built-in bookcases from salvaged wood and the cutest little guest bathroom with a dresser as a sink. I was in my glory!! AND IT WAS FOR SALE! But a little higher priced than we would like 😉
While we couldn’t buy the house, I did score some sweet stuff from Flo’s sale! Stay tuned to see what great things we pulled from this home 🙂
