33 Weeks May 6, 2013
How far along? 33 weeks, 4 days
Total weight gain: 10 pounds
Maternity clothes? Just the maxi dress and tank tops.
Stretch marks? Nope!
Sleep: Well. Body pillow is helping, but the charlie horses I’m experiencing are NO FUN. Apparently increasing potassium doesn’t do squat either, as it’s just a normal pregnant side effect.
Best moment this week: One of my dearest friends from Florida surprising me at my second baby shower this past week! I cried, she cried. It was wonderful π
Miss Anything? Working out. But, baby comes first. Hopefully only a couple more weeks of bed rest!
Movement: Oh yes. And lemme tell you, the bladder and cervical kicks? FUN!
Food cravings: None this week. This has been pretty boring.
Anything making you queasy or sick: I randomly felt nauseous and actually threw up for the first time in my entire pregnancy the other day. I’m thinking it was because I went up the stairs quicker than I should’ve and stomach juices started flowing because right after I felt completely normal again and was eating just fine.
Gender: BOY!
Labor Signs: No. This needs to stay that way until 37 weeks. Then, I’m fine with him coming. π
Symptoms: Short of breath at some points. Charlie horses.
Belly Button in or out? Out for the most part.
Wedding rings on or off? On.
Happy or Moody most of the time: This week moody. See above as to why.
Looking forward to: Finishing up the nursery! And everything else in the house we’ve started. My husband deserves an award. π
And last, it’s Nurse’s Week! So go do something nice for nurse…we deserve it! Happy Nurses Week to all my nurse friends! π

Lauren,
I connected with you this weekend, and was so happy to have found your blog! Glad you stopped by to check my blogs out! I am so thankful I found you this weekend…I didn’t want to say yet, but now that it’s out….I just found out I am pregnant with my first baby! So I am loving all of your baby posts so much!!
AHHH! Congratulations!!! That’s such exciting news!!!!!!! Will you be blogging about it at all??! I’ll be sure to follow along!! You must be overjoyed!!!! π π π π
Laur, when I was your gestation I had leg cramps also. I increased my calcium the equivalent of one more serving of milk and it took care of it.
That could be the problem. Dairy has been making me feel awful lately so my intake hasn’t been as high. I’ll increase it and see what happens!
