So I’m getting back to my DIY/home decor days and I’ve been in the process of giving our master bedroom a facelift! I’ve been a bedroom pinning machine on Pinterest lately, but I seem to be drawn to a rustic glam look. I thought I would throw together a little inspiration board so you can see the direction I’m going in. 🙂

I have no idea why the bedding in this photo looks pink because it’s not…I promise I wouldn’t do that to my husband! I already have all-white bedding which surprisingly doesn’t get as dirty as some may think. Even with a child and a 120lb Rottweiler who sheds a carpet daily.

Anyways! I’m loving all things (fake) cowhide, grays, beiges, black and white, and rustic woods with some pops of gold (and the addition of some of my antiques!). I plan on adding some more rustic elements to this look (for the hubs), and I’m excited to see how it will all come together! The walls are currently painted, and accents are collected….we just have to build our bed! (Yeeeeep. We are building it. I know. #crazy). Stay tuned, and follow me on Instagram for sneak peeks!
