Winter to Spring Transitional Pieces

March 8, 2019

You guys have been asking for more winter to spring transitional pieces, so today I’m partnering  with Abercrombie to share a few with you! Each of these pieces can be worn for lounging, but also casually as well.

Connecticut life and style blogger Lauren McBride shares winter to spring transitional pieces from Abercrombie & Fitch and multiple ways to style them.

1 // Printed Hoodie

I love this Leopard Print Hoodie because while it’s super cute with leggings or jogger pants, it’s also great with white jeans and sneakers! I wear it frequently layered with a long sleeve thermal or t-shirt underneath. It also looks adorable with a jean jacket layered over it!

2 // Zip-Up Sherpa Fleece

I love the style and muted colors of this cozy Colorblock Sherpa Half-Zip Fleece! It’s, again, another great item that can be worn with jogger pants or styled with some denim. It’s warm enough for those cold days towards the end of winter, or those chilly spring days in the beginning of the season.

3 // Fleece Pullover

If you prefer a regular fleece, this Asymmetrical Snap-Up Fleece Pullover has been a favorite of mine for over 2 years! It’s so warm and cozy, and again looks great with joggers, leggings, or even jeans. It comes in a variety of colors, too, if you prefer something more neutral than pink.

4 // Open Front Cardigan

A classic cardigan is a year-round wardrobe staple! I love wearing them with jogger pants and a t-shirt for lounging around the house, and throwing some sneakers on when I’m out! I also love wearing them with a pretty lace camisole, some white jeans, and mules for a spring look. It also looks great over a pair of overalls! Wardrobe options are truly endless with a cardigan, and there’s always one hanging in my closet for every season! This Open Front Cardigan is a great find!

5// Jogger Pants

If you couldn’t already tell, I absolutely love my jogger pants! I love how they look worn with sneakers for a cool, casual look. They’re a favorite of mine for spring because I can easily throw on a t-shirt and jacket with a pair of sneakers and be good to go. I prefer them over leggings! This pair Zip-Hem Joggers are super cozy and I love the zipper detail.

5 // Basic T-shirt

If you’re looking to update your basic tees, I just scooped up this V-Neck Drapey Tee from Abercrombie, and it’s a dream! The fabric is super soft, and it has the perfect oversized fit. It covers the bum, too, making it perfect for leggings! I suggest going TTS!

I’m linking more of my favorite winter to spring transitional pieces below! Abercrombie has a great sale going on this weekend where you get 20% off of your order, plus free shipping over $75 or more! The quality of their clothing is always impressive, and I love that their style is suitable for all ages. They’re always one of my favorite places to shop, if you couldn’t tell! šŸ˜‰

As always, LOVE all your clothing suggestions. Quick question… I’m dying to know where you got your rug under your dining table- is it a Dash & Albert?
