Clearly anyone who visits this blog will know my complete infatuation with kimonos this summer. I previously featured this one here, but I just had to style it a different wear it more! After all, what’s the point of buying clothes if we will only wear it once?!

I wanted to show how to wear this kimono dressed up a little bit, so I paired it with this black satin romper that’s a closet staple of mine. These incredible strappy heels have been featured here multiple times, but it’s because I can’t get enough of them! And again we have this cute radiant orchid hand bag which brings out a similar color mixed in the kimono.

My goal with my closet is to buy items that I can style multiple ways, that way I’m getting the most of my money. I view a wardrobe as an investment. I always think, do I love this? Will I wear this again? How many different outfits can I think up using this item?  It doesn’t make any sense to purchase an item if some form of “no” is that answer to any of those questions!
