I’ve had my eyes on this Pink Stitch Resort Maxi for over a year now and finally bit the bullet! And now I want every. single. color.If there’s one benefit to being pregnant in the hot summer, it’s maxi dresses all day, every day.
Lately I’ve been thinking about how different life will be with a second baby. I’m so used to my routine with Landon, and I know adding a new baby to the mix will definitely change that up. More nap times, feedings, more of my attention on the little one…and it makes me a little nervous to see how Landon will handle all of this change. I’m grateful we are moving a few months ahead of time, so he’ll have time to adjust into his new home before getting a baby sister. But I pray the transition to #2 is easy on him. I would love some tips on how to make that adjustment as smooth as possible from any of you mamas out there 🙂 I’m already aware that he will need even more of my attention as well, and I plan on making sure his needs are very well met (of course). But I’m open to any advice some of you may have!

Okay! I’ve been silent long enough. It is just not fair that you look so darn adorable pregnant. I went through three pregnancies and the minute I was pregnant I ballooned out. I can’t say I every looked cute. I felt like a whale and I believed I looked like one too. You are just glowing and that is great. My first two were 13 months apart. It is amazing how things really smooth out and it all gets done.

Lovely look and dress. As a mom of four it is hard but important to give time to each child, sometimes just sitting with them and reading a book to them or playing a ball with them alone is special enough each day when for the rest of the day I am pulled in a million directions. Just keep the routine the same as much as possible so they feel safe.
