Four Ways to Style a Graphic Tee January 6, 2016
2015 feels like it was a bit of a whirlwind. We had two major life events take place, and I’m hoping there won’t be anymore for quite some time because while they were wonderful things to experience, it was all very overwhelming. Buying a new home and having a new baby within months of each other are not for the faint at heart!
Today I partnered with The Home T and a few of my fellow bloggers to show you four ways to style a graphic tee. But I want to explain why this t-shirt isn’t just an ordinary t-shirt to me. This shirt represents the roots we’ve planted here this past year with the purchase of our new home. The home we will watch our children grow in, and the place we will make all of their memories. I don’t know what our life will be like in one year or five years, but I’m at peace knowing we have a piece of property that’s all ours and a beautiful roof over our heads.

I can be a bit of a homebody, and I’m especially loving that in our new home. I enjoy the space we’ve created, and love watching my children love it as well. Working from home on top of being a busy mom means my outfits usually involve a tee and some comfy pants to lounge around in. While this look is definitely very casual and more for running around after my toddler, you can see how I’ve styled other graphic tees here and here. The Home T is pretty awesome because they donate a minimum of 10% of their profits to Multiple Sclerosis research. I can appreciate that, being in the medical field!
P.S I totally debated omitting the photos with my postpartum belly but then thought, why would I want to hide something that gave me someone so beautiful? So here’s to the mom pooch!
