Mom + Baby // Baby-Proofing Tips

  1. One thing we did for cord behind our entertainment center was to put a pool noodle between the wall and the cabinet. Now baby can’t reach all those tempting cords. Similarly, we wedge pool noodles under our couches to keep toys out from under them. That’s not baby proofing, per se, just making our lives easier.

  2. I love your blog! It is presented so beautifully! My baby is just like yours! We call her Aura ‘the Explorer’…because she into everything! She is not happy with calmly sitting still playing with baby toys. She climbs, opens anything she can get her fingers on, and in general is a little tornado. Baby proofing brought on a whole new meaning when she came along! Thanks for the awesome ideas!
