My grandfather was a fantastic gardener. I have memories of him picking fresh garden vegetables and having bountiful tomatoes every summer. My aunt and mother followed in his footsteps with both vegetables and flowers. For some reason this green thumb skipped a generation…mine. I kill every plant I come into contact with!
My mom would cringe at this post, but I’m thinking there are some other “black thumbs” out there who might find it useful. I put together a list of my favorite faux plants and foliage that will help add a touch of green to your home (without dying!). I think adding some plants, even fake ones, breathes life into a home.
