Bohemian Maternity Style
It’s not like me to really splurge on a dress, but I knew I needed this one the second I saw it. I just love every single thing about it…the bohemian feel, the color, the way it flows. And I know it will get just as much use when I’m pregnant than when I’m not pregnant (I belted it to work during pregnancy!). And can you imagine it in a maternity shoot? It’s perfection. Mamas, if you’re looking for a great dress for your maternity shoot, this is it. Don’t hesitate! (Also side note: my husband said I looked like a Roman warrior with these sandals on. Which might be true, but I don’t care because they’re one of my favorite purchases to date!)
Speaking of maternity shoot, mine is coming up in just a couple months and I plan to do a full post on how to dress accordingly for it. Right before we shot these pictures we came across another couple taking their maternity shots at the same beach….and I just wanted to hand her this dress to wear because I knew her outfit wasn’t making her look her absolute best. Mamas, you are stunning inside and out and this is such a beautiful time in your life…and you deserve to look amazing when you have those special photos taken! So I plan on diving into some of my tips with some dress examples in a variety of prices for you…stay tuned! 🙂

absolutely GORG..this reminds me of my maternity shoot…great easy dress, on the beach…wish I had thought of adding gladiators..but it was 3 years ago and they weren’t as “on the scene” …I should recreate the look sans baby belly, ha.

I think it’s better you didn’t wear gladiators for it! They’re trendy, and probably not the best for special photos like that. I bet they’re GORGEOUS!

I purchased it in my pre-pregnancy size! It was just fine because of how loose-fitting it is. Congratulations! 🙂
