Last pregnancy, I refused to purchase much maternity wear. I felt I could get away with wearing my regular clothes, and I DID, but not always comfortably. This go around I decided I needed to invest in a good pair of maternity jeans and shorts. And honestly? I’m a moron for not doing this the last time!
These shorts from A Pea in the Pod are SO incredibly comfortable, I could sleep in them. The denim is super soft, and I can move comfortably without my belly feeling like it’s being smoothed, and ultimately making me feel like I have to pee (and who needs more of that during pregnancy?) I also recently picked up a few maternity tees from Old Navy because they were on super sale ($10!) and are also SO comfortable. And of course, I couldn’t say no to adding these lace up sandals to my cart as well (whoops).
I’m all for my maxi dresses in the summer, but sometimes a girl just wants to throw on shorts and a tee! It’s the outfit that never goes out of style!
