I know, I know…another maxi? But I couldn’t pass this one up! I live in maxi dresses during the summer because they’re basically an outfit with one piece of clothing. No thinking involved, just slip it on and go (and inexpensive!). I love the coral and turquoise detailing on this one. The detail is enough for the dress to be worn without accessories, but I stepped it up a notch by adding this gorgeous turquoise statement necklace from TJMaxx. Add a coral bag, and it’s the perfect beach date night outfit. Living two minutes from the water really has it’s perks here in CT…we are at the beach multiple times a week whether it’s for a family dinner or a froyo date.
Summer is my favorite season to dress for because of the simplicity of outfits like this one. Anything that requires minimal thinking is a plus for my mom brain, and a serious time saver (anyone else spend like 30 minutes just staring at their closet wondering what to where? Yeah, maxi dresses = my sanity!)
