Fitness: Finding Time to Workout (With or Without a Baby!)

  1. hi Lauren- I loved this post. i’ve been struggling so bad to get back to the gym after i’ve had my baby 6 months ago. my husband works a lot and its hard for him to watch the baby for me. luckily the weaher has been getting nicer so i have been going for jogs. but i really want to get back to the gym. i was looking at corssfit, but its really expensive per month. so i think i’m either going to have to go the gym early morning or late night. both of which i dont really want to do. tired all the time…haha.

  2. Do you like the BOB Revolution stroller? Jeremy and I want a jogging one and read an article about the 10 best jogging strollers – that one seemed to be the best for our purposes in India and to then use back home. Anything you don’t like about it? xo

    I just started with TIU and wholeheartedly agree with you! I am 6 months PP and was generally active but after baby , didnt keep up and was breastfeeding. I plan to check out the blogs you suggested!
