  1. I think that your friend would LOVE the truck and it’s a REAL vintage piece that has a history….one they can “make up” for their son. It would be the BEST baby shower gift they receive!!!

    1. Waaaah. I was greedily hoping you’d tell me to keep it 😉

I must go to this store! Looks like I can find some amazing things there! I may even go tomorrow! I’m indecisive about the little truck’s home…. If you love it that much, keep it and find your friend another one that you don’t personally love as much as this guy!

    1. I knoooooooooooooow, I want to keep it! But part of me feels like it’s still perfect for her 🙂

  3. You could give to friend and take an awesome picture of it and frame it for potential baby’s room :))

  4. I think it would be the best gift! However, if you have added sentiment to it, keep it. If you fall out of love with it, it could always be a 1st birthday present. 😉
I absolutely loved the letterpress cabinet!! It would totally make a fab jewelry “box” piece. 🙂

    1. Great idea for the letterpress cabinet! I currently have a letterpress tray housing my earrings 🙂 I have a feeling I will be giving the truck to her…gives me a reason to keep on the hunt for another one!

  5. My policy for anything vintage that I love is to definitely keep it because if you give it up and totally regret it, you might never be able to replace it ; )

  6. That store looks amazing! Like something off American Pickers. Glad you had a good weekend.
Nikki is a hard name for some kids too. My brother called me sissy for years.

  7. I’m going to be a bad influence… old toys can be for adults too! I have a model car on my entertainment shelving right now !
Oh one other thing… jealous. That is all 🙂

  8. I LOVE antiquing. I wish you lived close by! We could go together. There are so many great stores in this area! I’m going to miss it when we leave.

    1. I would love an antiquing buddy! We will have to antique from a-far 🙂

  9. Saw your post over at The SITS Girls forum, I too have a passion for DIY, crafts, and junking adventures! I tend to prefer thrift stores over antique stores just because the prices are so much more budget-friendly, but antique stores have so much cooler “stuff” hehe If you’re still looking for a blogging buddy go ahead and check out my blog and let me know!

    1. Hi BreAnna! Always looking for a blog buddy who shares the same interests as me! 🙂
