Maternity Style // Leather Leggings and Cozy Stripes

I’m 36 weeks today and READY. But not ready. But ready! If that makes any sense? It’s at the point where nothing is really fitting me anymore (even maternity shirts, what’s up with that?!) so I’m resulting to leggings and baggy tops. Which is why I absolutely LOVE this top from BAE the Label. Their brand is maternity perfection. They focus on modern, basic pieces that can essentially work with anything, and that’s why I love them. Their line is all neutrals….which is right up my alley. AND, they can be worn after pregnancy as well! That always makes spending a little extra money worth it.

We were running late (as usual) for taking these photos and chased the light down to the beach. I just had to post the last two photos because I’m feeling a little nervous and excited about the changes our family is about to face. We are so used to just being a family of 3, and I’ll cherish these moments forever. I know baby girl is the missing piece to our puzzle and we will wonder what life was ever like without her once she’s here. But the truth is, I don’t want to forget these moments. This little boy was the first to make us parents after such a devastating loss, and he holds such a special place in our hearts for that reason. He’s our best little friend, the one who showed us a different kind of love. The one who brought us even closer together. So for these next couple of weeks, as we prepare for baby girl to join our party of 3, I will soak in every second of this bliss. Until our missing piece gets here. 🙂
