The mindful life journal by Justin Adams. Is a great one.

  2. Anxious Kids, Anxious Parents, I recommend this book to all my mom friends. All kids go through different stages of anxiety(afraid of the dark, school, getting out of comfort zone) … and as a parent it teaches you that how you handle your kids anxieties can set them up to remain in the cont cycle of anxiety or break the cycle and give them their own tools and let them handle it.

  3. Dr. Carolyn Leaf has amazing books, not sure about devotional but she has podcasts/blogs/app as well….her stuff is absolutely incredible for emotional health!

  4. I have all of these 😄😄
I just got Finding Rest & want to start it this weekend. Thank you for putting time into this.

  5. I just received Finding Rest and will try and start it this weekend. I actually have all of these that you’ve recommended. Thank you for sharing.

  6. I’m one of those who fortunately doesn’t suffer from anxiety, but I have had some anxious feelings through all of this. I’ve been taking an IG break this week actually. I’ve never liked reading a devotional much, just my Bible in the morning, but I noticed the old devotional “Streams in the Desert ” in our church library over a year ago and brought it home. It is by far my absolute favorite!! I’m going through it for the second time. I can’t believe how relevant it is. Ha, that’s how God is though!! 😊
