The end of August always reminds me that summer is coming to an end :/ But September is still beautiful here in CT, so I’m going to enjoy every possible second of the warm weather before it starts to turn! I rounded up some transitional pieces that you can easily where now in the summer and carry into fall with some additional layers. I also included some shoes and accessories to complete the looks!
