  1. Great post. I’m breastfeeding too and agree figuring out what to wear when you leave the house is tough. And finding the right nursing cover is crucial. I hated the first one I had. Thanks! 🙂

Breastfeeding was tough for my with my first little because I was so nervous to breastfeed in public! I would always go back to the car and feed her in there! With the next one, I am determined to feed in public AND produce a lot (hopefully!). My supply was constantly low last time. ???? Thanks for the giveaway!

  3. i love the infinity nursing scarves if you want to cover, they stay on better because they’re wrapped around, a teething necklace also helps by giving baby something else to pull on other than your cover!

  4. Nursing my third bambina- get a vinyasa scarf from lululemon- you can use it as a nursing cover and its full coverage, then watch the video on the zillion ways to wear it, and you can wear if after baby too! Also get a happy baby wrap to wear the baby and then it’s easy to nurse and it can be used to cover while you nurse. Genius, I wish I had figured it out with my first baby. We have a big car so I typically nurse in the back seat before we head home or mid activity if we are close enough. Love the top-I can’t believe I haven’t heard of it before now. I have to have one!!

I think the best advice is to try to relax and not stress too much about it. When mommy is stressed, I think it makes breastfeeding more stressful and difficult for mom and baby. Also, I had issues at first with not producing very much milk, so I drank breastfeeding tea and it worked so well! It was amazing. It truly is a wonderful experience and worth the effort.

I couldn’t agree more with your post. I’m currently cooking our third child and still feel like I’m learning the nursing babe game. I found Loyal Hana tops around Christmas time (yay!) and received three as gifts. I can’t wait to put the to use- it’s exciting to hear positive feed back on them, confirms my suspicion that they will be amazing. So glad I got to read your blog.
    Cheers,

  8. My biggest breastfeeding tip: Don’t think about it too hard! Just go with it. 😉 Listen to your baby and your body. Going on 19 months over here (yep, we’re those people). Love the look of Loyal Hana. Totally getting myself one of their jumpsuits someday. Thanks for the inspiration!

  9. Love this company!! And I love how you styled the top. I’m nursing my first baby too and it’s always a struggle to get dressed because A, my clothes don’t all fit me yet! And B, I have to wear nursing friendly clothing! I will definitely check out Loyal Hannah!
