With the change of season, I’m always inspired to create a new tablescape on our farmhouse table. I also get tired of my table decor pretty easily, so I enjoy changing this up frequently. I always like to keep a coastal element to our home since we live about a mile away from the shore, and I thought it would be fun to create a coastal fall tablescape for the change of season.

I’m really particular with how I incorporate coastal elements in my home. I don’t like anything *too* nautical, and instead like some simple natural touches like driftwood, an old map, or a vintage oar. The driftwood throughout this centerpiece was last seen in my coastal farmhouse tablescape, and it only felt natural to use it here again. I love the slightly nautical look it adds to these heirloom pumpkins with their muted tones.

The pumpkins are actually sitting on a blanket I recently picked up from Birch Lane. I love the grain stripe and texture of it, so I thought it would be appropriate to repurpose as a table runner. I think it adds a cozy, autumnal look!

I just loved how this tablescape turned out!
