First outfit post not pregnant! This feels a little weird. Instead of focusing on what fits the bump, I now how to focus on clothing that’s nursing friendly!
If you remember, I didn’t nurse my first baby. We had major breastfeeding issues and I ended up exclusively pumping for 13+months. I’m happy to report this baby has been significantly different and I think we are off on the right foot! I’m still all thumbs with nursing, but each day is getting a little better. One thing I’ve learned is oversized sweaters with nursing tanks underneath are a huge help. I can easily fit Noelle under this sweater to nurse wherever I might be. Oversized sweaters are an abundant item in my closet this season, and this is just an excuse to buy more 😉
You last saw me style this sweater here, and today’s outfit is very similar yet different. I loved pairing it with some simple blue jeans in my last post, but I REALLY love how it looks with distressed black jeans and these booties from Rack Room Shoes. Funny how a simple change in jean color can give one item and new look. These booties have quickly become a favorite pair of mine because they’re the perfect height and fit so comfortably.
Stay tuned for more nursing friendly fashion posts! This will be a challenge, but one I’m excited to take on 🙂

Hi Lauren – CONGRATULATIONS! Noelle – what a beautiful name! So happy for you and glad that the nursing is working for you. These little beans are all so different. Each of mine gave me a completely different experience nursing. Some easy – some AWFUL! Congrats – and you look incredible!
Thank you so much! 🙂
