  1. I love the couch to 5k app! I was never a runner, hadn’t even ever run a mile in my life when I started and I used that app. After I was done with the app, I was able to continue adding distance weekly and increase to where I wanted to be so I would definitely recommend it!

  2. I haven’t used the Couch to 5K app, but I did use the program years ago. Loved it! I had to repeat a few weeks here and there, but it got me running for 30 min in one summer.

  3. I did a loose version of the couch to 5k six years ago and I have been running ever since. I did a half marathon, and ran through my pregnancy too. I used to HATE running, but I usually love it now. Minus when it’s freezing.
